a) You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
b) Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
c) You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
d) Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.
e) An early check-in or a late check-out is a matter of the availability of room.
f) Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the processing time of the bank.

Extra Bed/Child Stay Policy

• Trees N Tigers accepts a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years of age.

• An extra bed for a person above 5 years of age is available at a supplementary cost of INR 6500 + taxes, with inclusions as per the plan taken.

• Without an extra bed, for a child aged 6-12 years, the supplementary cost is INR 3500 + taxes, with inclusions as per the plan taken.

• An extra bed for 1 child aged 5 years or younger is complimentary.

• In the case of 2 children up to 12 years, an additional room may be offered at 50% of the parent’s room rate.

Reservation & Booking Policy:

• A 100% advance is required at the time of booking confirmation.

Safari Booking Policy:

• 100% payment is required in advance prior to booking the safaris.

• All safari bookings are subject to availability and Government rules.

• Trees N Tigers will not be held responsible for ensuring safari confirmation.

• Safaris are non-transferable, and no add-ons are permitted by the Forest Department.

Room Cancellation Policy:

• Above 45 days - 100% refund.

• Below 30 days - 100% cancellation charges.

• Special Days: After 60 days - 100% cancellation charges.

Safari Cancellation Policy:

• 3 to 1 day before the date of excursion - No refund.

• 15 to 4 days before the date of excursion - 20% refundable.

• 59 to 16 days before the date of excursion - 50% of the reservation amount refundable.

• 120 to 60 days before the date of excursion - No refund.

Safari Regulations:

• Safari booking opens 120 days in advance, and confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Full safari payment and ID copies are required to book the safaris.

• Ensure to carry the same photo ID cards in original, as they will be checked at the park gate.

• Seating arrangements in the safari gypsy are as per the names mentioned on the ticket and are non-transferable.

• Any change in safari booking is considered a safari cancellation if the safari has already been issued.

• Add-on facilities are not available in Tadoba, and full safari charges will apply in case of any amendment.

• Buffer patrol/evening safaris are subject to operations.

• Core gates remain closed on Tuesdays, and buffer gates remain closed on Wednesdays. The park remains closed for the full day on Diwali and Holi.

• Full safari charges will apply in case of cancellation or date change.

• Safari vehicles in Tadoba are not naturalist-driven.

• Naturalists can be booked at INR 1500 + 5% taxes per safari, and one seat is needed for the naturalist in the jeep.

• Mobile phones are not allowed inside the park and must be deposited in lockers at the gate.

• Safaris are provided in Maruti Gypsys from the roster system. Vehicles are owned by the local community and controlled by the forest department.

• Safari jeeps must enter the park within 15 minutes of the gate opening.

• After 30 minutes, the park gates close, and jeeps will not be allowed to enter the park.

• Camera fees are directly payable to the forest department at the entry gate.

Current Charges are as Follows:

• 5% GST applies in case this needs to be paid at the time of safari booking.

• Point-and-shoot/inbuilt zoom cameras & DSLR cameras with lenses up to 250 mm – INR 250 per camera per safari.

• DSLR cameras with lenses above 250 mm – INR 300 per camera per safari.

• Safaris may also be cancelled due to sudden rainfall or any other natural calamities, in which case the refund for safaris will be as per park regulations.

• If there are any dietary restrictions, they shall be shared with the lodge on day - 7.

Note: We reserve the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on exceptional circumstances.

The check-in time is 1:30 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am.
