a) You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
b) Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
c) You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
d) Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.
e) An early check-in or a late check-out is a matter of the availability of room.
f) Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the processing time of the bank.

Reservation & Booking:

• 100% advance for room to be deposited 30 days before check-in date.

• For bookings and reservations done prior to Day-30 can be done without any deposit.

• Booking made less than 30 days prior to check-in date should be accompanied by full advance.

Safari bookings:

• 100% advance to be transferred at the time of booking.
   

NOTE: SPECIAL DAYS: The Lodge should receive full advance 45 days prior to arrival, failing the reservation will be cancelled.
 

Room Cancellation Policy:

• Above Day -30 to arrival date 100% refund.

• Between Day -30 to Day-15 to arrival date 50% cancellation charges.

• Below Day-15 to arrival date 100% cancellation.

• A date change option valid for 3 months.

Safari Cancellation Policy:

• 3 to 1 day before the date of excursion No-refund.

• 15 to 4 days before the date of excursion 20% refundable.

• 59 to 16 days before the date of excursion 50% of the reservation amount.

• 120 to 60 days before the date of excursion 100% of the reservation amount.

• Below Day -45 100% cancellation charges
